Introduction

Welcome to Aladdin99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), an online casino and sports betting platform operated at aladdin99.cam and designed specifically for Malaysian players. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", or "your") and Aladdin99 with respect to your access to and use of all services, products, games, and promotions available on this Platform.

• "Funds" — the MYR balance held in a User's Aladdin99 account, inclusive of deposited amounts and any bonus credits where applicable.
• "Real Money" — actual Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) deposited by a User, as distinct from any bonus or promotional credits.
• "Bonus Credits" — promotional funds credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a User's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Services" — all games, sports betting markets, promotions, customer support, and other features available through the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory in which accessing online gambling platforms is illegal or restricted under applicable law.

Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any gambling or betting activity on the Platform. Aladdin99 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and any account found to belong to an underage User will be immediately closed, with all deposits refunded and winnings forfeited.

3.2 Jurisdiction

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, household address, IP address, device fingerprint, or payment method — constitute a violation of these Terms. Aladdin99 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and withhold any bonus winnings generated through such accounts.

3.4 Eligibility Representations

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of Aladdin99 or any related entity;
• The funds deposited into your Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity;
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to financial sanctions.

Registration & Account Management

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. You are obligated to keep this information current and accurate at all times. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Aladdin99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account. You agree to notify Aladdin99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Aladdin99 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with our licensing obligations and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. You may be required to provide supporting documents including, but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement — dated within 3 months);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account or bank statement).

Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. Aladdin99 reserves the right to close an Account and return deposited funds if verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on the Platform operate in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made via non-MYR instruments (such as USDT cryptocurrency) are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. Aladdin99 does not charge currency conversion fees on standard MYR payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, and FPX.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Aladdin99 currently accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank (FPX / DuitNow), CIMB (FPX / DuitNow), Public Bank (FPX / DuitNow), Hong Leong Bank (FPX / DuitNow), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20 / ERC20). Payment methods available may vary and are subject to change at Aladdin99's discretion.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Aladdin99 does not charge deposit fees on standard Malaysian payment methods; however, cryptocurrency network fees are borne by the User.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The User's Account must be fully KYC-verified prior to processing withdrawals;
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to deposit, where technically possible;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 per transaction;
• Aladdin99 reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud or AML investigations, not to exceed 5 business days without notification to the User.

5.4 Processing Times

E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically process within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX / DuitNow typically complete within 2–4 hours during Malaysian banking hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals process within 30–60 minutes following blockchain confirmation. Processing times are estimates and may vary.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers issued by Aladdin99 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as these General Terms. Where there is a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated in each promotion's terms. For example, a 15x rollover on a MYR 100 bonus requires a total of MYR 1,500 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While bonus funds remain active in your Account, your maximum bet per round or per game is capped as stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise specified, the default maximum bet during active bonus play is MYR 25 per round. Exceeding this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated while the limit was exceeded.

6.4 Game Contribution Rates

Wagers on different game types contribute differently toward clearing wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live dealer table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Sports betting contributions vary by market and are stated per promotion. Excluded games contribute 0%.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credits and associated winnings that are not claimed or do not have their wagering requirements completed within the specified validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from issuance, as stated per promotion) will be automatically forfeited without compensation.

6.6 Abuse & Misuse

Aladdin99 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated betting between multiple accounts, use of automated betting software, intentional exploitation of game mechanics to clear wagering requirements at lower risk than standard play, or any behaviour inconsistent with good-faith recreational gambling.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

Aladdin99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, where such action is consistent with our legal obligations or the protection of the Platform's integrity. Bets placed on events or markets subject to suspicious activity may be voided pending investigation.

7.2 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a system, software, or human error that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations, Aladdin99 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust affected bets and balances accordingly. "Palpable errors" — including obviously incorrect odds on sports markets — are subject to cancellation. Aladdin99 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

7.3 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as recognised by the governing body of the relevant sport or league (e.g., Football Malaysia for Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, the English Premier League for EPL matches). Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are final upon round completion. Any dispute regarding settlement must be raised via customer support within 7 calendar days of the relevant event.

7.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-transaction payout limits apply per game type and per betting market. These limits are displayed in individual game rules and applicable market terms. Aladdin99 reserves the right to split payouts that exceed single-transaction thresholds across multiple settlement periods.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Aladdin99 Platform:

• Registering more than one Account or accessing the Platform through another person's Account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to access games, place bets, or exploit the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players in table games or live dealer games;
• Making chargebacks or reversals on payment transactions without prior agreement with Aladdin99;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, harms, or interferes with the Platform or other players' experience;
• Accessing the Platform if you are a resident of or located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Permitting any person under the age of 21 to access your Account or the Platform.

Aladdin99 employs real-time fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and behaviour analysis tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, Aladdin99 reserves the right to immediately close the Account, void all associated winnings, and retain deposited funds where required by law or to satisfy losses caused by the conduct.

Account Suspension & Termination

9.1 Suspension by Aladdin99

Aladdin99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account — with or without prior notice — where: there is a breach of these Terms; there is suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; a User requests self-exclusion; or we are required to do so under applicable laws or regulatory directives.

9.2 Voluntary Closure by the User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money balance (after deduction of pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus credits are forfeited upon account closure.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Limitation of Liability

• The use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any Services;
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised Account access due to a User's failure to maintain credential security;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by factors outside Aladdin99's reasonable control, including Internet service disruptions, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events;
• Gambling losses resulting from wagers placed on the Platform in accordance with these Terms;
• Reliance on information, promotions, or game odds displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits Aladdin99's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Aladdin99 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of Aladdin99 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of Aladdin99.

Privacy & Data Protection

Aladdin99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Revised" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent update.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and close your Account.
